Parsleyed Green Beans

Ingredients:
1 tbsp parsley, minced
1-1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp virgin olive oil
Cooking Directions:
Place green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 7-8 minutes or until tender. Remove beans from pan. Rinse under cold running water. Transfer to a bowl and add oil, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Toss and serve.Nutrition Facts
