Ingredients:
1 tsp unsalted butter, melted
1-1/4 lb cabbage, cut into wedges
Cooking Directions:
Place cabbage in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 8-10 minutes or until cabbage is bright green and tender. Do not overcook. Remove cabbage from steamer. Drizzle with melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Nutrition Facts
