Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
3 protein ice cubes
6 oz low fat milk
chocolate protein powder (appropriate amount for 8 oz. liquid)
1 TBS reduced fat peanut butter
Blend and enjoy!!
Replace PB with 1/2 banana for a banana shake, or add both!!
Add 1/4 tsp Almond flavor or cinnamon for a new zing!
